Details: It was late winter at the time of this capture. This photo was taken at the West State Street Cemetery in downtown Athens. The city has long been considered one of the most haunted locations in Ohio, if not the country. The energy in this particular location was not friendly.

Details: A small cemetery with a lot of personality. The energy here is almost always positive, and on this particular night it was active as well. The streaks of light are not attributed to lightning bugs; it was far too early in the season for them.

Details: The original Hinckley Library. This building has been host to various types of paranormal activity - everything from books coming off of the shelves to full body apparitions. Originally owned by the Stouffer family (of Stouffer's foods) it is now used for the local historical society.

Details: The basement of the West Virginia Pen (Moundsville Prison). We've experienced some incredible activity here, probably some of the most powerful in all of our investigations. This was taken in the room where the body of a "snitch" was discovered. He had been stabbed seventeen times.

Details: Outside of the administration building, a very prominant orb above the head of one of our investigators. (The aforementioned snitch apparently walks back and forth on this walkway at night) On the right, an orb in the main cell block.

Details: Another strong orb found in the cell block. The image on the right shows one of the most amazing experiences of Deadframe's journey thus far. The winds in this area went from around 5-10mph to near 35-40mph (perhaps more) in the span of 30 seconds. This was taken at the site of what used to be the "Death House", or home of the electric chair. When West Virginia abolished the death penalty in the 60's, the administrators tore down the Death House and replaced it with a recreation yard. This photo is the result of one of our investigators walking into the yard, beyond the chain link fence and razor wire.

Details: An orb found further into the west wing of the building. I personally heard disembodied voices in this area which were caught on tape. (Not the same as an EVP) On the right, a strange shape appears in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park system after park hours. This is
not smoke. Click
here for an example of smoke and compare the photos for yourselves. Many Irish immigrants allegedly died in the area while building the lock system.

Details: A heavy mist forms in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park system. On the right, a small cemetery (Lone Oak Cemetery) in Point Pleasant yields some curious results. We were once told that this photo was simply the result of incorrect aperature settings, however none of our settings had been adjusted from image to image. This is the only shot like this in the entire collection of photos taken that night.
